Ms. Tyesha Holliman started her career in education as an elementary teacher at Pomona Unified School District. From there, she transferred to Colton Joint Unified School District and continued teaching multiple grade levels at Sycamore Hills Elementary. After 15 years as a teacher, Ms. Holliman started her counseling journey as a Educationally Related Mental Health Service (ERMHS) counselor, a district crisis team leader and a middle school counselor at Terrace Hills Middle School.

Ms. Holliman received her bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of La Verne. She received her Masters in Education from Chapman University, and her PPS credential from the University of Redlands.

As a counselor, Ms. Holliman believes that it's important to build a positive connection with students, parents and teachers, and providing support, guidance and necessary resources to meet the needs of all students.
