Esmeralda Shreiner has been with the Colton Joint Unified School District since 2004.  As a teacher at Bloomington High School she taught English I, Honors English III, and English IV Modern World Literature.  She is very passionate about teaching as it was a life-long dream come true the day she was able to make an impact on the lives of students and their families.  Esmeralda earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and a teaching certification from California State University, San Bernardino.  She also earned a Master of Arts in English from National University.  She continues to have great interest in the field of literature and actively pursues academic research writing for publication as well as creative writing in her spare time.

It is with great enthusiasm that Esmeralda is a part of the Titan family.  It is her desire to be a positive force that is committed to providing rigor in the classroom as well as creating a community where respect, character, and commitment to education are central.
