Jean Wierenga is a GTHS physical education teacher, and has been with the Colton Joint Unified School District for more than 16 years.  Jean earned her Bachelor’s of Science with an emphasis in Kinesiology from Cal State San Bernardino and a MA.Ed.    Besides teaching, she has coached boys and girls cross country and track & field.   Jean was born in San Bernardino, California and graduated from Eisenhower High School in Rialto.  Jean and her husband Jacob have two children, Noah and Jo Anna, and one beautiful granddaughter, Audrey, with whom she spends her time off with, along with the rest of the family.  “I am very excited to join the Grand Terrace students and staff in starting a new tradition of Honor, Pride, and commitment -- The Titan Way!”
