Kari Harvey began her studies in fiber arts, jewelry designs, ceramics, wood carving, sculpture, painting, drawing, and graphic design at CSUF.  She concluded her Bachelor’s degree at CSUSB with a specialization in woodworking and art instruction.  She holds a MA in Curriculum and Instruction and has been teaching in CJUSD for over 25 years.  

Ms. Harvey works in many mediums and shows her work locally.  She believes in the power of the arts to transcend cultural boundaries,  unlock creative thought and broaden problem solving abilities.  She has seen many students blossom into confident and creative young adults inside her classroom.
