• Work Experience

  • Work Permits will be available by appointment only!

    If you need a work permit you will need to:

         Print out a Request for Work Permit 

                    Have the new employer complete and sign their portion

                    Make sure the full SSN is on request  

                    Make sure the parent/guardian has signed the request

     After the Request for Work Permit has been completed by student, employer, and parent; make an appointment. 

     Appointments can be made by emailing Nancy Fierro @ nancy_fierro@cjusd.net or Michael Ramirez @ michael_ramirez@cjusd.net or calling 909-580-6542.  If you receive the voicemail please leave your name, student ID number, school site, and phone number. 

    Appointments will be scheduled for Tuesday or Thursday between the hours of 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

    Permits will be processed at the District Office

         1212 Valencia Dr., Bld L  

         Colton, CA 92324

         (park in the second parking lot off of Oak St.)

     

    No walk-in’s, you are required to make an appointment FIRST. 

    Must wear a face mask and practice social distance when arriving for your scheduled appointment.

    Work Experience Education (WEE)

     

    Course Objective:

    Enables students to gain a greater variety of learning through actual hands on experience in the real world of work. 

    Course Topics:

    How to get a job, keep a job, leave a job, economic awareness, and career awareness. 

     

      

     

    District Office is only able to generate Work Permits when the High School Work Experience office is closed.
